A software for exporters to manage sourcing and exporting material activities and its documentation. This software can be used for export of materials like machinery, spares, processed & packaged groceries and condiments, agricultural products, food, meat & marine products etc. Exporters can generate proforma invoices (PI) for the products traded. PI’s can be for single or multiple containers and system automatically calculates CBMs.
Backup Supplier orders are automatically documented on confirmation of PI. Materials are received to inventory against respective orders. Materials in the inventory can be packed into containers and Invoices & packing lists can be generated. Once materials are marked as shipped, costing sheets can be generated and all associated costs will be added up to work out profitability.
Packing materials are linked to export materials and while generating Invoice for shipment, corresponding packing material inventories are deducted and it’s cost gets appended to the costing sheet automatically.
MIS reports on outstanding orders, cancelled orders, invoice/customs reports, sales & purchase reports for select periods, export & profitability statistics etc can be generated from the system. There are Pre-configured reporting templates as well as configurable reports.Data can be exported to Excel/HTML/PDF
This software is customisable. Data can be migrated to accounting or other client softwares.
Supplier integration to platform, as well as workflow integration can be done as per client requirements .
